AC foaming agent's characteristics and usage:
AC foaming agent is the most commonly used chemical foaming agent for polyolefin. It is characterized by large foaming volume, non-toxic decomposed products, odourlessness, even cell, etc. Its processing temperature ranges from 180℃ to 220℃ with its chemical name of accidentally dimethyl acrylamide. There are twp main varieties: light yellow and white. Both of them can be used in the plastic foaming of PE, PVC, PS, ABS, and PP, etc.

Characteristics and usage of antistatic agents:
Antistatic agents can be divided into three categories: non-ionic, ionic and metal complexing. They can increase the electrical conductivity of surface, effectively eliminate the electrostatic accumulation, and can make the surface resistance fall to 10Ω. At the same time, they can prevent the plastic surface from gathering dusts. They are usually used in the plastic products with rigid insulation requirement. Antistatic agent 129 is one kind of glycerol stearic acid ester of non-ionic type, applied to antistatic agent with superior PO performances. In addition to antistatic effect, it can also help demoulding and lubrication, and can pass the food contact certification. Usage: about 0.3%.

Characteristics and usage of antioxidants:
The main antioxidant products include R-1010 and R-168, etc. The chemical name for R-1010 is pentaerythritol, with the molecular weight of 1178, melting point from 110℃ to 125℃. It is a white flowable powder, small volatility, without pollution and color. The chemical name for R-168 antioxidant is organic phosphite ester. It can protect the organic polymer that is easily oxidized, with its molecular weight of 646.9, melting point from 180℃ to 185℃. It is also a white flowable powder, and can have better effect when used with light stabilizers. Dosage: 0.5% to 2%.

Performances and applications of ultraviolet light resistance agents:
Ultraviolet resistant agents can mainly prevent the plastics under the irradiation of the sun (290-420nm ultraviolet rays) from breaking its chemical bonds, which cause the plastics to beome yellowing, brittle, crack, surface gloss aging. The main products are: R-531-F, R-531P, R-531FC, R-326 and R-327, etc.
Dosage: 0.5% to 2%.

Characteristics and usage of PP transparent powder:
PP transparent powder is a kind of high efficient organic transparent agent. It can make the ordinary polypropylene crystalloid rapidly change into microcrystal. The crystal diameter is smaller than the wavelength of the light. When the light passes through the crystal, and the polypropylene becomes transparent. Dosage: 0.1 to 0.3%.

Usage of antibacterial and antifungal agent:
Antibacterial and antifungal agent is one of the products dedicated to disinfection, mould prevention, anticorrosion, antibacterial. It has a series of advantages such as high antibacterial efficiency, good intermiscibility, high stability, and stability at 360℃. It is suitable for PVC, PO, PS, ABS and other plastics. Dosage: 0.5-2%.
